1.Definitions and Interpretation

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

• E-wallet: up to Rp 10,000,000 per transaction (subject to e-wallet provider limits).

4.3 Deposit Processing Time

Most deposits are credited to your ps0999 account balance instantly or within 5 minutes of successful payment confirmation. In rare cases where deposits are delayed beyond 30 minutes, contact ps0999 support with your transaction receipt.

4.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited

You may only deposit funds from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from another person's account) are strictly prohibited and will result in:

• Immediate refund of the deposit to the source account.
• Suspension of your ps0999 account pending investigation.
• Possible permanent account closure if fraudulent intent is suspected.

5.Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

You may request a withdrawal only if:

5.4 Withdrawal Fees

ps0999 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawals per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month incur a processing fee of Rp 15,000 per transaction.

5.5 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

Withdrawals must be sent to the same bank account or e-wallet used for your most recent deposit. If you wish to withdraw to a different payment method, you must first contact ps0999 support to update your verified payment details.

6.Betting Rules and Event Settlement

6.1 Placing Bets

By placing a bet on ps0999, you agree that:

• Your bet is final and cannot be cancelled once the "Place Bet" action is confirmed.
• You accept the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• You have sufficient funds in your account balance to cover the stake amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

ps0999 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum bet limits on any event or market. These limits are displayed on each betting market and may vary depending on:

• Event type (e.g., BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, togel).

6.3 Settlement and Results

In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment:

• If the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours, all bets stand.
• If the event is not completed within 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Live in-play bets are settled based on the score at the time of abandonment, unless the specific market has already been determined.

6.4 Obvious Errors

ps0999 reserves the right to void bets or correct settlements if an obvious error occurred, including but not limited to:

• Incorrect odds displayed due to technical malfunction.
• Bets accepted after an event has already started (for pre-match markets).
• Duplicate bets caused by system errors.

If a bet is voided due to an obvious error, your stake will be refunded in full. ps0999 is not liable for any consequential loss arising from an obvious error.

11.Account Suspension and Termination

• Your account shows unusual betting patterns that warrant investigation.

11.2 Termination by ps0999

ps0999 may permanently close your account and forfeit any remaining balance if you:

• Engage in collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering.

• Use the platform while located outside Indonesia or under the age of 21.

11.3 Termination by You
